PE AND Wellness Department
The Wellness Department takes an integrated approach to teaching health and physical education. We focus on individual students and their responsibility to manage many aspects of their mental, social, and physical lives. The goal of the Wellness Department is to provide students with decision-making skills in critical areas of their health and well-being.
